Refund Policy

We have a range of meals to choose from and advise that you carefully select your options. After placing your order, please review all items to ensure no mistakes have been made. All refund claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.

Not eligible for refund

Change of mind, stolen deliveries, incorrect addresses, transit damage, and personal preference.

Considered case-by-case

Orders not yet in production may be eligible for cancellation with a fee applied.

12-hour window

We do not accept refund claims beyond 12 hours after your delivery has been made.

What We Don't Refund

We do not give refunds due to any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Accidental purchases or accidentally creating a recurring account
  • Stolen deliveries during the residential period — this is a high-risk delivery window, particularly in gated or closed-off complexes, and we do not recommend choosing this option
  • Your business being closed upon delivery
  • Unforeseen circumstances or misadventure of your delivery due to your own delivery instructions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout
  • Orders delivered earlier or later than the estimated timeframe — all delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier routes, delivery load, and external factors
  • Orders that do not have any delivery instructions provided
  • Items that have been damaged during transit

Possible Cancellations

In case-by-case situations, refunds of orders that have not yet begun the production process may be considered, but a cancellation fee will apply. If you believe your order meets this criteria, please message us as soon as possible on Instagram at @proteinchefnutrition with your order number.

Delivery Notes

As per our Shipping Policy, your delivery may arrive before or after our stated delivery timeframe due to our courier's routes, delivery loads, and external factors. If you place an order during sensitive timeframes, please ensure you add detailed delivery notes for our courier service to follow.

Tip: Always include specific delivery instructions — floor number, building name, access codes, or a safe drop-off location. We cannot process refunds for orders where delivery instructions were absent.

Submitting a Claim

We do not accept refund claims beyond 12 hours after your delivery has been made. If you believe you have a valid claim, contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • A clear description of the problem
  • The time and date of delivery
