When do you deliver?

Can I get same-day delivery?

Accepted Answer

Same-day delivery is not available right now. Please place your order at least one day before your preferred delivery date so our kitchen can prepare it properly.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order. Order what you need, whenever you need it. Delivery is free when your cart reaches ฿2,000, and the cart drawer shows your progress toward free delivery.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver across Bangkok and greater Bangkok. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm coverage. If you're unsure, message us on Instagram at @proteinchefnutrition and we'll let you know.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Please add clear delivery instructions at checkout — a safe drop location, reception desk, security guard, neighbour, or any other option you're comfortable with. We don't process refunds for orders where no delivery instructions were provided.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes may be possible if your order hasn't yet entered production. Message us immediately on Instagram at @proteinchefnutrition with your order number. We can't guarantee changes will be accommodated after the cutoff time.

My order arrived earlier or later than expected — why?

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to our courier's route, delivery load, traffic, and other external factors. We are not liable for early or late deliveries and do not process refunds for timing variances. We recommend adding delivery notes so our courier can handle any situations.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Yes. Choose your preferred delivery date and time window from the cart before checkout. Exact arrival times can still vary with traffic and courier routing.

Do you deliver to condominiums or gated complexes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but please ensure your delivery instructions include access details — building name, floor, unit number, security desk instructions, or an access code if required. Deliveries to gated complexes without clear instructions are at a higher risk of not being completed.

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

All Protein Chef meals are freshly prepared by our chefs on the day of delivery. We never freeze our meals — they are delivered chilled and ready to refrigerate.

How long do meals last in the fridge?

Our meals are best consumed within 3–4 days of delivery. Each meal is labelled with a use-by date so you always know when to eat it. We recommend refrigerating meals immediately upon delivery.

Are the macros accurate?

Yes. Every meal is weighed and portioned to exact specifications by our kitchen team. Macro values shown on each product are calculated from our standardised recipes and are verified regularly. They are as accurate as we can make them — minor variation of ±5% is possible due to natural ingredient variation.

What's the difference between Regular and Extra portions?

Regular is our standard portion for everyday meals. Extra is a larger portion with more protein and carbohydrates, suited to bigger appetites, heavy training, or higher calorie targets. Both options are available on most of our meals.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes! We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan meals, which are clearly labelled on the menu with a green Vegetarian or Vegan badge. Our menu rotates weekly, so availability may vary.

Allergen information is listed on each individual product page. Please review this carefully before ordering. If you have a serious food allergy, message us on Instagram at @proteinchefnutrition before placing your order so we can advise on safe options. Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and shellfish.

Do the meals contain preservatives or additives?

No. Our meals are made with whole, natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives. This is why they have a 3–4 day shelf life — it's a feature, not a limitation. Fresh food doesn't last forever.

Where do your ingredients come from?

We source locally wherever possible, working with Bangkok suppliers who share our standards for freshness and quality. Proteins, vegetables, and grains are sourced fresh for each production batch.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay through our secure Shopify checkout or by bank transfer where available. Shopify handles secure online card and local payment processing.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure. We never store your full card details on our servers. Shopify is PCI DSS compliant.

Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. In short: we do not offer refunds for change of mind, late/early deliveries, stolen packages, or incorrect addresses. Refund claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.

If you received incorrect items, message us on Instagram at @proteinchefnutrition within 12 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll review and resolve this as quickly as possible.

We are a delivery-only service at this stage. All orders are prepared in our Bangkok kitchen and dispatched via courier. We do not currently offer customer pickup.
